Old English 3D Puff — Custom Two-Colour Cap

The Old English 3D Puff Cap

Gothic authority. Two colours. A cap that has always meant something.

Old English is the blackletter font that has stood on caps, jerseys and city skylines for over a century. Intricate gothic letterforms, dramatic stroke contrast and the visual weight of something that has been on the right side of history for a very long time. Each letter is built in two layers: a flat satin-stitch solid base fill sits inside the letter body, and a thick 3D puff outline rises above it in a contrasting colour at 4mm foam height. The result is a letter with depth, contrast and the kind of detail that earns a second look.

Precision meets craft. Machine precision 3D puff embroidery at 4mm foam height, hand finished in Dubai for gothic letterforms that hold their edge through heavy daily use.
