Boston 3D Puff — Custom Cap Font

The Boston 3D Puff Cap

The classic collegiate letter — tall, sharp, and built to last decades.

Boston is a varsity-inspired font built on tall, condensed Tuscan-style capitals, with flared, pointed serifs and small teardrop notches that give every letter its confident old-stadium character. Each letter pairs a solid 3D puff fill with a wide, even, contrasting puff outline all the way around, so the lettering reads sharp and bold from across a room and holds its structure through heavy daily wear.

Precision meets craft. Machine precision 3D puff embroidery at 4mm foam height, hand finished in Dubai.
