DoubleLayer Pop — Custom Appliqué Cap Font

The DoubleLayer Pop Cap

Two layers, one frame, zero compromise.

DoubleLayer Pop is a two-layer embroidery technique that gives every letter a bold contrasting border. A larger base layer cut to the letter shape sits beneath, creating a clean uniform halo around the raised top letter, finished with a fine dashed stitch line in the letter colour between the two. Chunky, rounded capitals in a rich, glossy satin, framed like a cartoon sticker or a vintage chenille badge: each character is fully outlined, graphic, and impossible to miss.

Precision meets craft. Machine two-layer embroidery with a raised 3D puff letter at 4mm foam height and a precise contrasting border layer beneath it, hand finished in Dubai so each letter sits perfectly centred in its frame, the border uniform and clean all the way around.
